Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every metre you order from Fabric House. Returns, exchanges and refunds are offered under the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Full rolls can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, uncut and in their original packaging.
  • Cut-to-length fabric (1 m, 2 m, 5 m or any custom length) is cut especially for your order and is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong design.
  • Defective or wrong items: if your fabric arrives with a printing fault, damage or in the wrong design, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you in full.
  • Items on Clearance are final sale.

About colours and appearance

  • Our product photos are taken of the real fabric, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen settings. A small difference in shade between your screen and the actual fabric is normal and is not considered a defect.
  • Texture and drape vary between bases (poly-cotton, cotton and crepe). If you are unsure which base suits your project, contact us before ordering and we will help you choose.
  • New to a design or base? We recommend ordering 1 metre first to check the colour and feel before ordering larger quantities.

How to return

  1. Email info@fabrichouseqa.com or WhatsApp +974 3316 1792 with your order number, the item, the reason, and photos if the item is defective.
  2. We will confirm whether your return is approved and send you the return instructions.
  3. Please do not send items back before your return is approved.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are made to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay or NAPS debit card).
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
  • For defective or wrong items, we cover the return delivery cost. For all other approved returns, the return delivery cost is paid by the customer.
